To grill or not to grill ...

The New York metro area is caught in a bit of a heat wave this week. Last night, when I went home, the "comfort index" was around 100 degrees, give or take.

Diane and I had planned to grill some chicken outdoors for dinner.

We took our plan inside. Instead of marinade and charcoal, the chicken was graced by garlic and rosemary. Just as tasty and a heck of a lot cooler.
